Who we are and what we do
We are an independent charity offering advice and information on any subject, including welfare benefits, employment, consumer problems, housing issues, relationship problems, debt and legal matters. We are affiliated to Citizens Advice, a national charity.All advice is provided by fully trained advisers. Our services are free, confidential, independent and impartial and are offered to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, religion or disability.

Supplementing our advice services, the answers to many frequently asked questions can be found at Adviceguide, a national Citizens Advice website service giving basic advice and information on your rights online, 24 hours a day, and at advicenow. You can also access Self-help Guides which deal with the matters most frequently encountered by our clients.
