Sherborne CAB opening hours
The Bureau is open to clients during the following hours -
Monday - 10am to 4pm
Tuesday - 10am to 4pm
Wednesday - 10am to 4pm
Thursday - 10am to 1pm and 4.30pm to 6.30pm
Friday - 10am to 1pm
When you contact us, we will first take your details, ask you to explain the matter about which you need advice, and assess how best we can help you. Then, we could
- give you information, or tell you exactly where you can find it, OR
- describe your options for action, and the consequences of these options, so you can choose what you want to do, OR
- make a referral to another advice agency or professional, OR
- undertake to research information and options for you and contact you by telephone within an agreed time period, OR
- tell you what further information or documents we need you to provide to us before we can advise you fully, OR
- make an appointment for you to attend at the Bureau, bringing necessary documents with you
The first contact about any matter should take no more than 15 minutes. You can contact us by telephoning 0844 848 7939 from landlines, 0300 456 2559 from mobiles, or visiting us during opening hours. If you telephone, you may have to try more than once during busy periods when our advisors are helping other clients.
